Get to Know Granville

Granville is a single family residential master planned community, with east and west sections on either side of Glassford Hill Road in Prescott Valley, Arizona (Yavapai County). The first home closing occurred on September 23, 2002. There are 3,400 approved residential homes included in Granville, approximately 3,000 of which are occupied as of August 2021. 

Homeowner's Association (HOA) fees are an affordable $55.00 per month and include access to a large list of community amenities, including clubhouses, fitness centers, pools, ramadas, parks, tennis/pickleball/volleyball/basketball courts, playgrounds, and a dog park. The assessment fee is due quarterly, on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
